About Knit-Tech

An exhibition built around one industry, not many.

Knit-Tech is a dedicated platform for knitting machinery, garment manufacturing technology and textile automation — assembled for an audience that already knows exactly what it's looking for.

Every hall, every segment and every session is organized around a single question: what does it take to run a modern, competitive knitwear factory in 2028?

Why Tirupur Matters

The show sits inside the industry it serves.

Tirupur is not a convenient venue — it is the reason the exhibition exists. The cluster is home to thousands of knitting, dyeing and garmenting units and accounts for a majority of India's knitwear exports.

Exhibiting or visiting here means standing inside the supply chain itself, minutes from the factories that will decide what to buy next.

Textile Industry Overview

A sector re-tooling for speed, scale and compliance.

Global buyers now expect shorter lead times, tighter quality tolerances and verifiable environmental compliance simultaneously. Meeting all three requires machinery investment, not just labour.

Knit-Tech exists to compress that investment decision — bringing every relevant machine category into one comparison-ready environment.

Industry Evolution

From manual lines to connected, data-driven floors.

The knitwear factory of 2028 looks structurally different from a decade ago — sensor-linked machines, digital pattern systems and production dashboards have replaced paper travellers and manual counts.

The exhibition tracks this shift directly: automation, software and connected-factory technology now occupy a growing share of the show floor each edition.

Why Knit-Tech Exists

Because sourcing technology shouldn't take a year.

Before Knit-Tech, evaluating machinery meant scattered plant visits, translated catalogues and long email threads across time zones.

Knit-Tech puts the decision-makers and the machine builders in the same room, for four days, with working machines between them.

Interactive Industry Segments

Eight segments. One connected production chain.

Why Visit

  • See the Full Production Chain, Live

From raw yarn to finished, folded garment — walk the complete knitwear manufacturing chain running on working machinery, not brochures.

  • Source Directly from Global Manufacturers

Meet machine builders from Europe, East Asia and India face to face, compare technology side by side, and negotiate without intermediaries.

  • Benchmark Against Industry Peers

Understand what leading factories are investing in this year — automation, sustainability, digital printing — and where the industry is heading next.

Why Exhibit

  • Direct Access to Tirupur's Production Base

Tirupur alone accounts for a majority of India's knitwear exports. Knit-Tech puts your machinery in front of the buyers who decide what that base runs on.

  • A Focused, Serious Audience

No consumer footfall, no dilution — every visitor is pre-qualified as a manufacturing, sourcing or technical decision-maker.

  • Demonstrate Machinery Running, Not Just Displayed

Full power and utility provisioning across all halls means you can run live demonstrations exactly as they'd operate on a factory floor.
