1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering to visit, or booking exhibition space at Knit-Tech 2028, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary terms issued by Hi-Tech International Trade Fair India Pvt. Ltd. for the exhibition.

2. Exhibition Participation

Exhibitor participation is subject to space availability, submission of a completed booking form, and payment as set out in the Exhibitor Manual. The organizer reserves the right to determine hall allocation and stall placement at its sole discretion, taking reasonable account of exhibitor preferences.

3. Registration & Booking

Visitor registration is free for qualified trade professionals. The organizer reserves the right to verify professional affiliation and to decline registration that does not meet the exhibition's trade-only audience policy. Exhibitor bookings are confirmed only upon written acknowledgement from the organizer.

4. Age Restriction & B2B Audience Policy

Knit-Tech 2028 is a business-to-business trade exhibition only. Visitors must be 18 years of age or older. College and university students may attend only when accompanied by a faculty member of their institution. Children and minors are not permitted on the show floor under any circumstances. The organizer and venue reserve the right to request proof of age or affiliation, and to refuse or revoke entry without it, at their sole discretion.

5. Payment & Cancellation

Stall booking payments follow the schedule set out in the Booking Form. Cancellations made by an exhibitor are subject to the cancellation terms specified at the time of booking. The organizer is not liable for costs incurred by an exhibitor or visitor in preparation for an exhibition that is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (see Section 8, Force Majeure).

6. Intellectual Property

The Knit-Tech name, logo and brand assets are the property of Hi-Tech International Trade Fair India Pvt. Ltd.. Exhibitors and visitors retain rights to their own trademarks, machinery and materials displayed at the exhibition, and are responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to exhibit such materials.

7. Code of Conduct

All exhibitors and visitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally. The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the exhibition premises whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of venue regulations.

8. Health & Safety

Exhibitors are responsible for the safe installation, operation and dismantling of machinery within their stall space, in accordance with the guidelines issued in the Exhibitor Manual and the requirements of the Hi-Tech Tirupur Exhibition Centre.

9. Force Majeure

The organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, labour disputes, or public health emergencies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hi-Tech International Trade Fair India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in Knit-Tech 2028 or use of this website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

The organizer may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website or participation in the exhibition constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.
